The Owner will refund $175 to contractors who return drawings and specifications in good condition acceptable to the Owner within fourteen (14) calendar days after the opening of the bids. Additional sets of Drawings and Specifications may be obtained for the cost of reproduction and shipping (if applicable) payable to DocuCopy, LLC and is non-refundable.
